Details not recognised when logging-in
Check you are typing the correct password. Try copying the password directly from the email you were sent and then pasting it into the password box. You also need your user id which is also in the email.

When you pay with Oldschoolmates, your details are handled by Worldpay©, one of the worlds leading and most advanced ecommerce companies. They use the industry standard SSL encryption (secure socket layer). This is a 128 bit encryption code, which scrambles all your details as it travels across the internet. This is one of the best methods of securing your personal information and credit and debit card numbers, so that it can not be read by anyone else on the internet. This system is also recognised by the banks and Building Societies as being a secure environment for credit card transactions on the internet.

Personal Concerns regarding emails
If you have any concerns regarding the authenticity and/or content of emails that you receive from other registered users, or feel you are being harassed by a particular individual or individuals, then please contact us and we will investigate. Further to this, any persons sending improper, vicious and/or emails with a pornographic content, then OLDSCHOOLMATES will, without notice, lock the senders account pending investigation. which could further lead to a criminal prosecution.

If for any reason you would like your account terminating. Or would like to see a printout of you details (This is only the data you entered at registration) then contact us.

How do I add myself to schools?
Once you have logged in you will see a box from which you can add yourself to any chosen school (up to a maximum of four) Select your first school by choosing Country, County then name of school from the alphabetical list. You will be then added to the school, and your message will be visible. You can then select the date you left school from the dates box. Please remember to select the 'update years' button.

Although you can only add yourself to 4 schools, you are not restricted to contacting old mates from schools that you may not have attended. To search through any other schools, please select the 'school search' tab at the top of the log in page, this allows you to search the database without adding yourself to the particular school.
